Having never stepped foot in a Underhill funeral directors before, I had no idea what I was doing or what the processes were. After my dad passed, my husband and I decided to pay Liam Stafford a visit. Upon entering, there was this instant sense of calm and comfort. Liam greeted us with handshakes and a comforting smile and although the majority of the initial conversation is a bit of a blur, we distinctly remember us agreeing without doubt we would go with him to arrange the service for my Dad. We knew we'd be in safe hands. From then on, Liam was just incredible. Hard to describe, but he had the absolute right measure of compassion and humour.
