Dean Harper funeral Directors - absolutely amazing we honestly can't thankyou enough! From start to finish you had taken the time to listen, recommend, come up with the best solution for us as a family and our loved ones celebration of life. Angela and Michelle thank you for being so patient and putting everything together perfectly. You always took the time to call or email and doublecheck on everything and make sure we were happy as a family. Everything went to plan And Dean himself guided us through the whole day, which was brilliant. We never felt rushed and the day went smoothly. Dean was thoughtful patience and so understanding to us as a family. Dean helped my Nan with her wheelchair, he taken the time to sit down and have a chat with my mum to make sure she was okay throughout the day. He reassured us all as a family that everything was to plan. And it was beyond our expectations!! Everything we asked for was perfect, and we can't thank you enough. Mark oulaghan I can thoroughly recommend Dean Harper funeral directors they were wonderful at  organising my father's funeral. They were there for every step of the procedure no issues was problem for them I must also thank Angela for cleaning up some of the photos for the order of service brochure and not forgetting vicar Martyn jinx who gave a wonderful eulogy of my father. This funeral director was recommended to us and have to say we were very impressed with everything from start to finish of what could have been an emotionally challenging day; but due to the professionalism and empathy of all at Dean Harper the day was lifted out of sheer sadness and enabled to reflect the life of a special person so beautifully.

From the moment we called until the point that all our questions were answered and the funeral was over Dean Harper and his team were amazing. Everyone was kind and helpful and without that awful “I’m so sorry”you get so much when your loved one passes away - it was heartfelt and meaningful from them. Nothing was too much trouble when making arrangements and the day of the funeral was beautiful, again talked you through, it was at our pace, and looked after my mum so well. From the first phone call with Dean Harpers Funeral Directors we knew they were the right people to put our trust in during this difficult time. Anna was supportive and empathetic, she helped us through making difficult decisions providing us with advice and guidance. On the day Dean and the team talked us through every moment bringing us comfort and allowing us to have time to say our goodbyes. Firstly my Dad's funeral 2019 then Moms recently, what can I say? Dean Harper, Anna, Angela and the rest of the staff are wonderful, at such heartbreaking times, you can't think straight, they are so good helping you all the way, offering advice and choice and guiding you through this awful time  they genuinely care, their attention to detail is spot on, the funerals were both talked about and still today people saying that was such a beautiful service. Thank you to Dean and a special Thank you to Anna for creating a truly beautiful service, you both gave Dad then Mom a lovely send off they both deserved, and im truly grateful.
